I'm originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, grew up in Washington, DC, Houston, TX, Northern California, and college in Middlebury, VT.
I returned to Washington DC for graduate school at Georgetown and after finishing my Masters degree in Diplomacy and Foreign Service, i made a detour into the restaurant business. I've opened an handful of restaurants in the DC area, all dedicated to seasonal, local cuisine.
When I'm not at one of the restaurants, I'm out riding or racing my road bike, reading, or traveling. I was fortunate enough to travel here and abroad from a very young age (German father..) and am always looking for new places to explore, or to return to my favorites.
