  The apartment is clean, and has a good location. It is a nice buildning with a doorman, and a 24hour front desk. Its a tiny studio apartment, but okvif you just want somewhere to relax and sleep during your stay. The host was accomodating - he helped us out when we needed somewhere to stay on a short notice, and could offer us a good price and a late check out.

  He canceled the reservation when we were in flight to ny. He did not help us in any way. I was traveling with a 4-year old child. He answered us by phone reservation canceled. just that.   We stayed at the house over a long weekend with family and friends and had a great time. The house is very comfortable, and the owner was very pleasant. All, in all, we can't say enough good things about it. We have recommended it to all our friends.

  (Lak) the apt. host was responsive and always available to answer any questions and concerns we had prior to booking. He made sure that everything is arranged for our arrival and attended our concerns promptly. Apartment is clean and conviniently located for anyone looking to spend a few days and explore Manhattan.

  I stayed at Laks Apartment with my wife for 7 days. Lak has a wonderful studio apartment in a great loacation. The door man and staff were very helpful. The apartment was clean and tidy. Lots of facilities and a welcome place to return to after a busy day in NYC. It suited us very well. The terrace was welcome also. As a disabled man the elevators(lifts) to the apartment were essential. I will gladly recommend AirBnB and 37 Wall Street to all my friends and Family. Gary and Julia

  Our plane was delayed and Lak was good enough to adjust his schedule and meet us.at our new arrival time. The house was great, we had a lot of family there any everyone really enjoyed themselves.
