Welcome to Indianapolis! I was born and raised here in Indianapolis, and despite stints away and abroad, am proud to make Indianapolis my home. I am a well travelled architectural interior designer who loves making new friends. I have lived in Vienna, Budapest and London as well as worked on a cruise ship for 3 years. I have travelled to approximately 70 countries on every continent but Antarctica. I especially love foreign visitors! I consider the world my home. I am a very congenial host. The condo is open concept. I can arrange to leave breakfast or leave you on your own - there are several great breakfast places and coffee shops on my street. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions - I am pretty low key and happy to help you enjoy your visit as much as possible.

This condo and it's location are fantastic! The Host provides living arrangements which on par with some the highest priced hotel rooms in the area. Mass Ave is arguably the best location in the city to access all that Indy, and the Super Bowl have to offer. Thanks Host for a fabulous stay!

Matt was very quick to respond to my reservation inquiry and make arrangements for check in. When schedules changed, he was also very quick to communicate and update us. His place was very clean, warm and inviting. It was in a great location and we were able to park right outside the apartment and walk to restaurants and bars. My teenage daughter and I stayed at Matt's and used it as a home base from which to check out colleges in the Indy area. Enjoyed chatting with him and learning about his travels, photographs of which are throughout the place. As I told him, the AirBnB photos don't come close to capturing the charm and coziness of his condo. Can't wait for a reason to return!

Matt is by far the BEST host EVER!! His condo is beautiful and so well located in the heart of the cultural district. The restaurants that are within walking distance are amazing! This was our first experience with Airbnb, but communication with Matt prior to our trip put us at ease. The apartment was great and we appreciated Matt's hospitality. Matt made brochures of local attractions and restaurant recommendations available which were very helpful. We walked daily from the apartment to our convention downtown and felt very safe making the walk after dark. It was a great place to stay!

I LOVED my stay here! The place is beautiful, Matt is quite a traveler and his book collection was so rich, I could have just stayed in all weekend and read. The neighborhood is my favorite place in Indianapolis. I felt very comfortable there and Matt is super nice, provided everything we needed and was very flexible about check-in and check-out times. I'm definitely coming back!

Had a very positive and enjoyable experience staying at Matt's. The location is EXCELLENT! It is at most a 15 minute walk to access any location in the downtown area. Mass Avenue has wonderful shops and restaurants so there is something for everybody to do. Matt's place is clean, has a tremendous amount of character (he is a world traveller!), and is safe. We look forward to using Matt again next time we stay in downtown Indy.

Matts place is a veritable travel museum and I only wish I had had more time to enjoy the apartment and great location on Mass ave. Would recommend it to anyone.

If you're looking for a phenomenal host and a perfect Indy location, look no further than Matt's place. Matt was an amazing host and I didn't even get to meet him. He made sure everything was ready for us, had wonderful friends show us the condo and and tell us about the area. The condo is decorated so nice and had everything we needed! When we come back to the area we will be staying here!! Why would you pay for a hotel when you can have such an amazing place and space for less than a hotel room. Thank you matt!

Like all the previous reviews, staying at Matt's place was great. His apartment is spacious, interesting and in a perfect location with Mass Ave right out the door. We found Matt to be very gracious, straightforward and easy to deal with. I would stay there again in a heart beat.

I was in Indianapolis on business: tour.gamerati.com I chose Matt's place because it was near the Convention Center, but also near local restaurants and a bit removed from the down-town craziness. I enjoyed my stay completely.

After walking around the immediate area I was impressed. This small part of Indianapolis is really booming, and the culture is amazing. Matthew's apartment is quite spectacular, and I wish I had a better set of words for it. I had a fantastic stay in Indianapolis. Matt's condo was perfect, it was clean, in a great location and Matt was extremely hospitable. I would definitely recommend Matt's condo to others and hope to go back someday soon.

Matt was an excellent host. He met us at the apartment at the start of our stay, and provided useful info about the apartment and the city. The apartment is very comfortable, and well situated. There are nice restaurants nearby, and the bus is convenient. Parking was never a problem, although it always seemed to be on the wrong side of the street, requiring us to circle the block to get the right orientation. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Matt's Condo the first weekend in June 2011 and had a blast. Matt was a Doll! I went to Indianapolis with a friend to see this years Indy500. We chose Matt's place over standard hotel accommodation and would do so again. The apartment itself is very nice. It's clean, spacious, bright and nicely decorated. The neighborhood is also pretty good. Very good restaurants and bars within walking distance from the apartment. Matt was a great host. Very accommodating. Highly recommended for anyone planing to stay in Indianapolis.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in Matt's condo for one week during mid-May, 2011. It turned out to be the perfect arrangement for us, exceeding what we had imagined from the web photos. The condo itself was unbelievable, very clean and lot's of space. Made us feel like we were staying at a friend or family's place for the weekend. Great location, me and a few buddies stayed and could walk to Conseco Fieldhouse for the Big Ten Tourney. We were also able to simply walk across the street and choose from many of Indy's best resturants and bars. There is a lot of activity on Mass Ave and this was the perfect spot to experience it. Thanks Matt for the nice clean place.

Spacious apartment in a great location! Rented this unit for 3 weeks while in town with a traveling Broadway show and loved being so close to everything. Cute bars, restaurants, and shops with in walking distance. Matt was very timely and friendly in his correspondence and even decorated the unit for the Christmas holiday at our request. Will definitely stay there again if and when the show comes through Indy again.

Place has a very nice layout, many chairs (if you are having people over), clean bathroom, good and safe location, comfortable bed, and nice neighbors. Mass Avenue has many restaurants, bars, art galleries, clothing stores, and other neat places to visit. Matt is a fantastic host -- he patiently answered all questions thoroughly and promptly right from the start. Matt's apartment is a great spot to explore Indianapolis from. It is large, comfortable, well appointed, and his travels and design skills are proudly displayed throughout. He is located near Mass Ave, and within walking distance of just about everything in downtown Indy. I highly recommend Henry's Cafe, which is just around the corner from the apartment. 100% perfection! From the beauty of the neighborhood to Matt's concern for our comfort, this could not have been a better arrangement. We only used our car to drive to the IMA. We arrived on a Thursday afternoon, and Matt recommended we take a walk along the canal until he could meet us. This was a perfect way to start our trip in Indy and thank you to Matt for suggesting it. The condo was simply awesome...lots of room to stretch out and feel absolutely comfortable. We had a wonderful stay at Matt's condo. It couldn't have been more perfect, much better than a hotel. We felt like we had a cozy little home away from home. Being a block from my son's condo we could walk back and forth and the neighborhood is a great place for walking to find anything you want from coffee shops to great restaurants. I don't think I can add anything that hasn't been said in the other reviews, but I just want to reinforce how great Matt's place was for our trip! We walked everywhere, it was only 5 or 6 blocks to the downtown circle. The furnishings were a great match for us, we really appreciated the huge comfy bed and jacuzzi tub! This was our first non-hotel stay, and it was SO much better we may never stay in a traditional hotel again!

There's not much to add to what others have stated about Matt's place. It's attractive, roomy, clean, inviting, and Matt is the perfect host. The location is fantastic; we enjoyed being about a mile from the center of town; instead we were next to Massachusetts Avenue, where there are fantastic restaurants, clubs, and walking/riding paths. I stayed at Matt Keedy's place in Indianapolis for a convention in August of 2010. It was wonderful, and I'd recommend it to anyone. Matt's description of the condo is understated...it is much nicer than he makes it out to be. He has a knack for decorating and we spend a good deal of time discussing the various artworks and collectibles that he has in the place. It's fun to stay at his home. The perfect home away from home! Matt's place was perfect for our group. Close to neighborhood shops, bars, restaurants and even downtown. Matt was the perfect host, even though he wasn't there. This is a charming condo in a splendid location. Matt is gracious and friendly and interesting, and all of this shows in his home. We were in Indy for the Final 4, which made hotels hard to come by, so we ended up at Matt's. Matt is the consummate host! Our trip involved three old college friends and roommates getting together for a reunion and a basketball game at Conseco. Matt was extremely communicative throughout our entire research and booking process. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Matt's condo. The location is perfect - quiet, clean, historic part of Indy. We had no problem finding it, and we never had an issue parking right outside of his building. (Parking was free.) At no point did my wife and I feel uncomfortable out walking around. From our first communications with Matt, we have been extremely impressed with his professionalism, thoughtfulness and humor. His condo is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and well located. Very attractive condo in an area becoming hip and/or fashionable. Light sleepers should consider bringing ear plugs because of ongoing construction in the neighborhood; the noise isn't bad at all, but people who have trouble sleeping should be aware.

Matt was the perfect first guest!! He communicated with me very well all along the journey (inquiry, booking, drive into town, etc), and I very much enjoyed sharing my home with him.
