Patrick was cool but the room and bathrooms were filthy, the bed wasn't a bed - it was a futon on a dirty floor, the windows don't have treatments to prepare to be awakened at 6am. I won't stay there again, though Patrick was cool and I'll use the service again.

Patrick was a very welcoming and relaxed host and he has a truly unique space that's really well located. He went the extra mile to help us out, even lending us a spare laptop. One other thing - my wife took advantage of his haircutting expertise and was very pleased with the result, so if you want great hair for Manhattan, see if he's got time to fit you in. Recommended.

Easy-going guy, cool deco-d spacious apartment with big beds! Lots of mirrors & hair products to keep everyone happy :D (convenient much to live with a hairdresser?!) Patrick was heaps nice. Can do your own thing or go out together- 5mins away from the very popular, very authentic, very tasty 'Joe's Dumplings'. Also, conveniently located next to main metros, all-the-shopping-you-can-do & other cool hangouts like "Smile".

Had an awesomely delicious stay at Patrick's! The entire loft was tastefully decorated with art pieces from all over the world. Each room contains their own themes and it was never boring just to lay in the room and stare at all the cool decorations. Staying at Patrick's place was fun and interesting. Great location. Easy access to the subway. Very cool neighborhood to walk in. Awesome shower and towels. A very short walk to tons of shops and restaurants (Go to Dumont Burger for the best burger you've ever had). Walk (super short) to the Williamsburg Bridge for an amazing view of Manhattan. Oh, and Patrick's a cool guy.

This was a really cool place to stay. A huge loft space with private rooms right on top of the famous Peter Luger Steak House. It is right over the bridge so very convenient to get into the city. Patrick's place is uniquely decorated with antique furniture, and a sexy red bathroom. I also couldn’t ask for a better host! Patrick is really cool, friendly and even gave me a cool new haircut. This is a great place if you want a Brooklyn (Williamsburg) experience.

The loft is great, and the rooms well-sized. I had planned to stay by myself, and so sharing was not my ideal for this stay, but Patrick was considerate of this and took special care to make the loft feel like it was my own. If you're looking for a share, this is an ideal space, being close to all parts of NYC and super easy access into Manhatten. If you're looking for your own apartment, take care to check whether the place you're booking is a share or an entire apt!

Patrick's place was the perfect place for me to stay on this quick visit to NYC. Super convenient to the JMZ and L trains. The loft is beautiful and spacious. Just tried Patrick's loft for the second time. Even grabbed lunch on the weekend with Patrick in Williamsburg, he took me on a tour. I love that you can catch the JMZ or L train from the city and it's one stop into brooklyn. Also walked across the Williamsburg bridge this visit and walked to a Mexican restaurant off Ludlow street. Another two thumbs up.

Thumbs up. Don't forget to take a 5 minute walk to the water front to see the spectacular views of the city, simply breathtaking. Williamsburg is a 3 minute walk away. Gas Stoves and pans for cooking a hot meal too.

The loft was great. I loved staying in williamsburg. Everyone else staying at the loft was really friendly and there were no hassles at all. I never met Patrick and so Dona was our host and she was really lovely and helpful. I had some great moments on the rooftop of the loft. I had a great week in NY and staying at Patricks place certainly contributed to that. I found it clean, close enough to a direct line to Manhatten and it has a better shower than I got in my own place. I had a great stay in NYC/Brooklyn at this place for 5 days. Clean, stylish (a really great space), and a handy location near Marcy Station or 10 minutes from Bedrord/7th Street part of Williamsburg. I highly recommend you consider this.

Excellent apartment/loft located right off Bedford Ave. Right by some of the best places to go in Williamsburg like 'Diner', Bonita, Bembe etc. Very nice decor, lots of room, you could roller skate thru the common area. Comfortable rooms with A/C. I did not get to meet the owner but his lovely roommate was great company and very helpful. I am so glad it was available. Thank you!

What can i say, this place is wicked. I stayed here for almost 3 weeks and always felt completely at home. If you like the pictures you will love the apartment. what you see is what you get. There's nothing hip or cool about this place. It's a dirty apartment in the crumbling, uncool Marcy Ave end of Williamsburg. Don't expect any nice cafes or stores nearby, you're going to have to schlep to the other end of Williamsburg for that. Your choice of accommodation will either be a mattress on the floor in one room or the owner's bedroom while he sleeps on the couch outside. Both options are pretty horrible. I came to Brooklyn for a working vacation, so I really needed a place that was close to McCarren Park and where I could leave my belongings for 10-12 hours at a time. The loft is huge. Pictures are exactly the same as the place. One of the best steak house, Peter Luger, is right next door. Close to subway, only a few minutes to Manhattan. Comfortable bed. Patrick is very accomodating, kind and make our stay a great experience. Dubby is the sweetest!!

Relax, clean and unique place in a cool, trendy neighbourhood! Close to subway to Manhattan. Patrick and his roommate are very kind and give you also privacy if you like that. We had a very good time there and if you want to experience the real 'New York feeling' stay at Patrick's place!

Great loft in a great location - blocks into Bburg & Bushwick, 5 min to LES. Patrick is friendly and laid back, providing a clean, cool and affordable place to crash in NY. Cheaper than a hotel and waaaay more comfortable than a hostel. I'd definitely stay again.

If you like space don't look any further. THis 1800 square feet appartement has all you need: attractive trendy neighbourhood, good bed, hospitality, easy going lads and off course Dubbs! ;-) You can even find yourself in the middle of a photoshoot once in a while. The neighbourhood is nice and trendy and within 10 minutes you'll find yourself a metro. I can fully recomment this place.

The location was perfect and loft was beautiful - perfect for a photoshoot and music video. A lot of light, timeless decor, and a ton of charactor. Patrick was very helpful, going out of his way setting up the room for filming, offered expert advice on wardrobe and make-up, allowing us to raid his wardrobe- and creating a good vibe in the room for artists to work.
