  Andrew was quick to return an e-mail and answer the phone. His apartment is perfectly located in an alleyway near Dolores Park, and though it's small, it was quiet and clean, exactly what we were looking for. Thanks for such a smooth experience.

  Andrew was a wonderful help and host! Made himself available as needed. Thank you! His place is funky, small, but very cute and clean. For the most part, it was quiet at night except for one night when neighbors from another building over got too loud. There is a little bit of walking to get to his place but accessible enough by public transport.

  Just finished a 3 night stay at Andrew's Dolores Park place. It was a great place and I would definitely return. The place was very clean and well furnished. It was a comfortable place to come back to. It was also bigger than I assumed it would be - particularly the bedroom and bathroom. The location was also great - very close to a number of really good food spots and only 2 blocks from the BART station.

  It is located convenitently close to BART (just 4-5 blocks) and has lot of nice restaurants around. Andrew is really friendly and helpful :)!

  Andrew's place in a great location with everything we needed within walking distance. He was quick to respond to emails, phone calls and texts and make sure that our stay was perfect. I'd definitely stay there again!

  I stayed only for one night but it was an incredibly convenient, refreshing, and relaxing one. Though Andrew's humble abode is on the smaller side, the bathroom, bedroom (via futon), and television access made for an excellent stay, not to mention Andrew's flexibility and welcoming attitude as a host.

  Andrew was a great host. Very knowledgeable about the area and accommodating to boot. The space is convenient to the Mission District and just right for someone who spends all day out and about and just needs a cozy place to come home to at night.

  Great neighborhood. The apartment is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and a few bars (was there for training and didn't have time to scope much of the night life). Very easy to get from the airport through BART. Great host. Andrew was very corteous all the time and also recommended several good restaurants around the neighborhood. Nice apartment. The couch is very comfortable. If the light wakes you up the curtains don't block the light in the morning.

  Andrew was super courteous and gave great directions around the city. The apartment is a bit on the small side, but in his neighborhood, you won't be spending much time there anyway.

  We stayed in Andrew's apartment for 6 days, and it is truly a jewel box like he describes it. The apartment is beautifully decorated, and is extremely well located near Mission Dolores Park. Andrew was away during our stay, so we had the place to ourselves and could use the main bed which was very comfortable and nice. He even stayed up to welcome us even though we arrived at 2am! Highly recommended!
