My wife and two daughters stayed several days in the villa above the caretaker's quarters. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and tub, kitchen and living room. We had access to pool, hot tub, and exercise machines. In addition there was a clothes washing machine, dishwasher, range, oven, and microwave. There was a phone and TV and we had access to WiFi.
