  Maison Des Sirenes 3 was a great place to stay. Nathalie was a great host. Everything we needed was provided. The Apartment was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and all the people were friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

  First I liked the appartment a lot, second I liked Nathalie and her family a lot and third I liked the neighborhood very much, too.   It is a beautiful place, same as the pictures! The place has everything you need. Interesting neighbor. There is a 5 blocks walk to the subway but its secure. Nathalie is a great host.

  Maison des sirenes was a great place to stay! We loved the neighborhood and it was easy to get to Manhattan. The apartment was clean and light and close to supermarkets and restaurants. Nathalie was a great host and she helped us as soon as we needed something. It is a fairly big apartment so it was no problem at all for five people to stay there. Just a fantastic place to stay if you are in New York.

  I had such a lovely time in Nahalie's beautiful apartment, I was drawn to it from the beginning and was not disapointed. There was nothing that I was in need of that wasn't there, I even found a socket adapter. If I were ever to return to New York, Nathalie would be my first contact.

  Nathalie and the place she hosts was great. We (5 girls between 15 and 49 years old) are very happy we chose this apartment. It was nice, clean and bright in a rather quiet street. The people living in the area was very friendly and greeted you. Five minutes walk to the subway made it easy to go downtown and good restaurants (we only tried the Italian though) nearby, also five minutes walk.   The apartment was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. It was much more convienent than a hotel. We had one small issue with the toilet overflowing, but Nathalie was responsive and helpful. I appreciated the travel guides that Nathalie created. The neighborhood was welcoming, but a long walk from areas that we were interested in shopping and eating at.

  The overall experience at Nathalie's was a good one. It was very spacious (enough for 3 beds), clean, and quite convenient to Manhattan. Other pluses: she had binders full of good reading material about NYC, Direct TV with tons of channels including premium channels like HBO, and a great terrace to unwind from the day.   Maison des Sirenes 3 is awsome! We, a family with 3 girls aged 4,6 and 7 had a perfect stay at Nathalies lovely apartment. The apartment is very spacious, light and cool (air-conditioning!) and is beautifully decorated. We loved the bathtub-on-legs too. Nathalie is a good host, she is very friendly and helpful.   Nathalies apartment was beautiful and extremely clean. You can tell that she enjoys hosting visitors. We enjoyed the roof terrace and were blessed with some lovely weather although with all of the things we wanted to do could not spend enough time there! Nathalie is very helpful and has a lot of information on where to go and things to do in New York. I would definitely return there. Thank you Nathale for making our stay enjoyable.

  Nathalie apartment was so lovely! It was clean, beautiful and had all the necessities for a short stay, and we really enjoyed exploring Brooklyn and Manhattan and then coming "home" to a comfortable and airy place to relax, especially the terrace. It was easy to navigate the subways to her neighborhood, and the neighborhood felt very safe, even coming home late. Also It is important to mention, Nathalie is reliable and always available. I highly recommend her apartment.

  Nathalie was warm and gracious and available. She made everything easy and convenient. Clean is important to us, and the apartment was very clean! The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. We didn't spend much time in the apartment, but it was a great place to sleep and recharge for the next day.

  The apartment is beautiful. Nathalie is kind and gracious. The neighborhood is so amazing. (My two girlfriends and I came to New York with no plans - just to relax. Three 50 year old white women wandering around the neighborhood.) We did not meet one person that was not friendly and welcoming. There are little stores and any kind of food you desire.   Nathalie was delightful. She's obviously a warm, gentle, smart and creative person--the latter you can tell from all the vibrant, interesting colors and objects that fill her home. She was very good-natured; ready to make suggestions about what to do in the city and how to get around. She makes a very relaxed, cozy space and will make you feel at home. And the place has such amazing features, such as the chandeliers, azure Roman bath and clam shell basins!

  Nathalie is a fantastic host! She was available to give us advice and directions whenever we needed them. Maison des Sirenes is beautiful. It feels so much like home. The apartment is decorated eclectically, and is very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Nathalie has also made restaurant and site seeing guides for her guests to use.   Our stay aw Maison Des Sirenes was enjoyable for its comfort, quietness and amenable layout. It fit our location needs for this visit with variety of amenities nearby (ie. groceries, nice wine store, subway. I would definitely return as a result and recommend it as well. On a star qualification I would rate it a 4 with a lot of value for the money.

  Nathalie's brownstone truly is eden in the hood. What makes it even more special is that Nathalie is an easy going, friendly and welcoming host, who very much leaves you to it, but you can call on her any time for a chat or for help.
