Clean, with a great view and right at the Ocean Front walk & beach.
Good coffee and food within steps.
Short walk to Venice Canals & Santa Monica Pier.
Excellent host, good communication and very accommodating.
Parking spot was key since it can be hard to park in Venice.
Had a good time, Venice is great for people watching and chillin on the beach :)
If you want a central spot and a great view - stay here!
Jay was a great host with a very special place. I'm an LA native who needed a place to stay during some home improvements. I loved listening to sounds of the ocean at night and waking up to the view. The place was clean, bright and airy, everything I could hope for and more. I would definitely recommend his spot for travelers and wouldn't mind coming back for a "staycation" in town.

This place straight up rocks. Best view you could ask for, stone's throw from the sand. Jay was super cool and helpful. We even lost a key latenight and he was there to save us with an extra. Can't wait to visit again!

The studio was clean and well stocked for our 4 night stay. YOU SIMPLY CANNOT BEAT THE VIEW. It is amazing and we miss it already! The loft is only a few steps to the beach and Venice Boardwalk. Lots of resturants, bars, shops,and bike rentals in the immediate area. The beach is huge and you can sit and watch the sufers all day long, or try it yoursel!.

Jay' place was perfect. Original and very 'Venice Beach'. It was super close to the beach and to some great eateries. He had some great tips for the neighbourhood. I loved it.

Total Venice Beach experience in every way! You can't get much closer to the boardwalk... Jay's great, he's your friend from the moment you meet him & he'll give you the lay of the land.

It was a pleasure hosting Jay and his business partner. They were a lot of fun to meet, very chill and easy going, and left my apartment absolutely impeccable. I highly recommend him as a guest.
J is one of those people you meet and like right away. He is a living smile, a friend from the moment you meet him, and thus you can't help but feel good about handing over your place to him as a guest. On top of that he left the place clean, was respectful of my few requests and provided some useful feedback at the end of his stay. An A+ experience. People like J are what Airbnb is all about!
Jeffrey's apartment is awesome!... clean, spacious and very zen :) It's also in the perfect location! Jeffrey is a very welcoming host and really makes you feel like his home is your home. I was sad to leave.
