Sommelier
I'm a sommelier, so most of my travel involves lots of eating/drinking/exploring local food/cultural traditions. Let's talk about your favorite washed-rind cheese (mine's Greyson), whether "orange wine" really deserves its own category, and the importance of biodynamics on the future of agriculture (i.e.: why I have a crush on Dan Barber). Let's also talk about the Black Keys, Sufjan Stevens and Philip Glass, because I was a band geek before I had a schmancy job. I will wash my own dishes, tidy up after your dog, pick your kids up from school if you're stuck in traffic, and be really quiet if all the exploring keeps me out late.
