I'm a European designer moving back to the city after 4 months away. I'm looking for a new apartment and freelancing so would appreciate your help while I get settled.

Katie needed a place last minute and I had availability. It was a quick stay but Katie was a pleasure. She kept me informed of her arrival time and was good at communicating with me. Upon checkout she left the room tidy. I would happily recommend her to other airbnb hosts.

Katie was a wonderful guest. She was on time, stayed in communication with me, and I thought her requests were reasonable. She also left the apartment in good condition.

Owners beware! She thought she was above following any rules. Arrived 5 hrs. late for check-in (by her own admittance, was "driving around L.A. talking on her cell") not having the consideration to even call, knowing we were waiting there for her. Resented having to pay a mere REFUNDABLE $100 security deposit to stay at a $2,000,000 property, or having to register upon arrival, or even having to clean up after herself (instead of option of paying a $50 cleaning fee) for a house we rented her...
