  What a fantastic flat! I had a great stay. Clément is a great host offering helpful advice on the neighbourhood, Paris on a whole, including maps and other info. The location is really perfect, right in the 6th. There are cafes and shops everywhere you turn. You are also just a short walk from Musée du Louvre and the Metro. The flat is clean and modern yet within a very cool, old Parisian complex. Highly recommended!

  We arrived on Christmas Day and Clement had someone meet us in the evening to give us the key, from there on he was extremely responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed are stay in rue de grunelle, and would definitely consider staying there in future.

  Nice place! Pretty small, just enough space for two people, up four long, uneven flights of stairs inside a typically-French old building. You can find photos of the building online from 1910 so it's definitely old.   Clemant is a great host with a lovely apartment. And a very cozy guest-room. He actually came down to meet me in the metro and carried my bags to his place while giving me a proper tour of his neighborhood, which was super centrally located right in between Gare du Nord and Gare de 'est.

It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, good internet connection, convenient location, etc. Clement was a great host and was able to accommodate our arrival earlier than expected.   The apartment 'Your Tour Eiffel View in Oberkampf!' is very cute and lovely. It is up 6 flights of stairs, but the stairs are a lovely winding wood with a tree in the middle. Access to public transportation is very good, everything within walking reach (literally less than 2 minutes to get to the subway or to the nearest bike rental station). Clément is an excellent host: careful, detailist and easygoing! I can't thank him enough for being able to prepare the apartment for my arrival on such a short notice (under 48hrs).   Thank God for Clement. I got off the plane sick and I also lost my cell phone on the train in to Paris. Clement was right at the top of the Metro waiting for us to help with the luggage and guide us to the apartment.   It's unclear whether I'm supposed to review the host or the apartment here.. Clément responded quickly and helped me find a place on short notice after the first two apartments I requested didn't work out. He provided clear and accurate information on how to reach the apartment from the airport via mass transit, and he gave me good advice on areas of town to explore. He was a nice guy who I enjoyed talking to. Overall he was great to work with and I would be happy to rent from him again.

  Conveniently located to the Gare du Nord Metro station and the flat is situated on the very top floor. From the balcony you can see the Sacre Couer. A few minutes walk to Montmartre. Clement was very helpful in suggesting places of interest. He was also quick to respond when I needed something. I highly recommend staying at this flat. If you're lucky, he, too, will leave you a bag of chocolates at the table for you. Thank you!

  We stayed in Clement's apartment for four days at the beginning of May. It's very nice, perfect for two people, on the top floor of the building with a small lift. Very quiet at night, and the included WiFi was great. The neighborhood itself is a bit sleepy, especially at night, but it's a five minute walk from the nearest Metro stop and ten minutes to Sacre Coeur and Montmarte. Very clean, well-appointed, and a great value for Paris. A very good place to stay.

He has amazing suggestions for where to eat, visit, drink or just relax. I don't speak much french, and he was always accessible to help me navigate french culture. I would definitely stay at one of his places again, and have already recommended him to all my friends!

  Clément was a delightful host. He was extremely helpful and accommodating. He had great suggestions for restaurants, directions and Paris locales. It was a pleasure to hang out with on the occasions that we saw him. The apartment we stayed in was very clean and spacious.   I recently spent 10 days at Clément's beautiful apartment in Paris when I went there for the Spring 2010 fashion week. He's a generous and wonderful host. My room was very very spacious (I had lots of luggage!!!), even bigger than your average Parisian hotel room!   staying with Clément was excellent. He came to collect me from the station which was just around the corner from the apartment. He helped me with finding locations and how to get there. The apartment is beautiful - a wonderful way to experience living in Paris.
