Your hosts are an easy going couple. When traveling and staying in a hotel I expect perfection well, almost. You will find my studio very clean and comfortable and you will want to return again. The occupancy for the studio is two guests with off street parking for one car. I also have a queen futon which is very comfortable for extra quests @ 25/person. We are a couple in our 50's, Bob is a musician/plumber/car racer, Patti, a local Realtor.
