  Wonderful stay. They were great hosts, and the place is meticulously kept. They had a binder with all sorts of travel and visitor information, and even little candy treats to welcome you. I would definitely recommend them and will try to book again when I'm in DC.

  This was my first airbnb stay. Good value for the price. Great location, nice looking clean apartment! Dave and Erika are super-organized and have a binder with directions to local grocery store, restaurants, airport, etc for guests, ... They provided us with remarkable privacy even in their small DC apartment.

  Great location and great host! Just a few yards from Ballston Metro station, the flat is just few minutes away from the Washington museums and monuments, while benefiting from a location closer to the airports! I definitely recommend it.

  Our stay at Erika & Dave was just perfect! Both of them were great hosts. They were very friendly and helpful. As for the flat and the room, they are beautiful! The entire flat was extremely clean, well furnished and comfortable, and the room is exactly as it looks on the pictures. I would highly recommand anyone to stay at Erika's!!

  So great! I stayed with Erika and Dave for 2 nights, the best hosts. They were very helpful (and let me borrow a screwdriver to fix my broken suitcase).

  Perfect place to stay for my DC visit. Erika and Dave were awesome hosts - it was great to chat with and get advice from them. The room was excellent with a great view and surprisingly a quite comfortable bed. I hardly noticed that it was an air bed (the taller type). In many ways it was more like my "home" than any hotel room would have been, especially since Erika made sure I had everything I needed.   Good value for the price. Great location, nice looking clean apartment, and helpful hosts. I used the fitness facilities while visiting. Only minor quibble was the bed was a bit too soft for me. That being said, I would book this location again without hesitation.

  This was my first airbnb stay. Dave and Erika were wonderful hosts--flexible, gracious, easy-going. The room was comfortable, the building great, and the convenience cannot be beat. I highly recommend the hosts and the guestroom.
