I had a great stay with Milan in his apartment in NY! The location was really fantastic - right near the Delancey/Essex subway, Williamsburg bridge (lovely to walk over) and Houston Street. The neighbourhood is safe. I always felt welcome and whenever Milan and I had some time together in the apartment we had always had a laugh, a good chat, or shared our music with each other. I just came back home to Norway after staying in Milan's apt in New York. First of all - Milan is a GREAT host! From the very beginning he has been so friendly and helpful. Milan wasn't home during my time there, but he showed me around in the building and in his home before he left.

My stay with Milan was great! His condo was very spacious and clean, just as advertised. Milan himself was a very gracious host, giving me everything I needed to make my stay as comfortable as possible. He also gave me a little background on the area and some interesting places to visit. Overall, a very positive experience... highly recommended!
I truly enjoyed staying at Milind's apartment. It was clean, cozy and big enough. Location is good with easy access to any part of Manhattan. Milind himself is bright and interesting person and I enjoyed chat with him. I'd stay at Milind's place agian for sure.
Milan's place is in a doorman building just off of Houston Street. The area is lively and is open late. He has a minimalist style of furnishings right now, but what he has has a lot of class. You'll want to luxuriate in that tub he has pictured. It is deep, made for two, has high end fittings and is surrounded by glass tiles and a glass door.

The apartment is clean and spacious exactly as shown in the photos. Although close to many lively areas of NYC, the neighborhood is pretty calm and easy going.
Milind is a reliable, considerate and respectful host with whom I enjoyed interesting chats. I highly recommend him as a host for your NYC stay.

Milind was my first experience with Airbnb. I feel as though I lucked out.
First of all, his apartment is great - clean, modern and very comfortable. It's also located in the heart of the LES and about two minutes from the Williamburg bridge.
Milind is also extremely kind and attentive. He gave me great recommendations on where to go in the city during my stay, and we even chilled one night and watched a movie.

Milind has been a good friend of mine for over 10 years now. He is a fun, reliable and good-natured person who looks out for others. His apartment is huge for NYC, and is extremely well-located for exploring the downtown culture, with excellent restaurants, bars and shops in close proximity. Milind also keeps his apartment very clean so you can rest assured that you'll have a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it for your New York visit!
