I'm 45, married, and have my own media consulting company that has me traveling frequently for business. I'm usually out all day and evening at meetings. I'm pretty laid back and mellow. I've rented places on line from people before and will take very good care of your home. Also happy to provide any references.

Todd stayed with me for 3 nights in mid-January. He was pretty busy as he came for a work visit from LA, and didn't have much time outside of that. But, the time we did spend chatting was nice. He's a very interesting guy. As far as my place is concerned, he was very responsible - he woke early and was quiet, and kept my place clean. I'd welcome him back anytime!
