the apartment was well equipped, in a fabulous location and a very good place to stay to enjoy the city. the hosts obviously have a passion about SF. everything we needed was there. one comment i'd like to leave for anyone with small children is - there are two narrow flights of stairs up to the apartment. i had a really tough time with the stroller as there was nowhere to leave it at the entrance and carrying my one year old AND the stroller up the stairs was something i wouldn't want to do... Although I never met Cheri & Anne -Marie, they were great hosts. Everything that you would need in an apartment was there. It was neat, clean and tidy and a great place to stay. The apartment was in a great location too, an easy walk to everything. Having a computer with wireless internet was a great bonus too, and the kitchen was very equipped. The apartment is in a great location, just up the hill from Market Street and in the heart of Chinatown. The apartment is very spacious and surprisingly quiet. It has windows onto a fire escape with views of the city and a park below. Wireless internet access meant that we could stay in touch with friends and family back home. If you want an apartment that is more like your own that a cold hotel room, this is definitely a great apartment for your stay in San Francisco.
It was a little difficult to find if you're just driving by but why would you want to drive around this area any way? It's so close to all the major attractions by foot and even then the public transportation is really close too if you wanted to get some where a little further away. The property is super clean and more spacious than it appears to be from the photographs. The owners provided great customer service and fast communication and transactions.
