Ligaya sweetly arranged a stay for a friend for her birthday at my waterfront home. After a few exchanges it worked out and I her friends were perfect guests. What a wonderful friend Ligaya is!!!

Ligaya was such a clean guest that when I came home late last night from my trip I totally forgot she had stayed there until I saw the little gifts she left me. She sent me a nice text when she got into the apartment to let me know everything was OK, and everything went smoothly. Thanks Ligaya, you're welcome in my home anytime!

Hi Airbnb: We had the pleasure of having Ligaya stay with us for a couple of nights, during which she had to acclimate to several time zones and keep up a fast pace for a friend's wedding week-end. I never met Ligaya in person, because i was not at home during her stay. She is definitively a cool, communicative and kind Lady. Ms. Tichy is a sheer delight, the kind of person who elevates you and inspires you with her smarts and energy. Ligaya threw a great Airbnb party at the Museum! It was the first event we've hosted (though we've had music & puppet shows for Museum events many times), and Ligaya was a very courteous, enthusiastic, and fun guest. She cleaned up quick and thoroughly. Thanks Ligaya!

Lagaya was a fantastic, amazing, wonderful, and delightful guest. This is true. I had such a great time visiting with her while she stayed with me, I only wish that her visit had been longer! Of course, she is very respectful of your space, but more than that, she is just such a great person to be around. I give her 20 stars, I really can't limit myself to just 5.
