Samantha was awesome and the apartment was great! She was very prompt and helpful at answering all our questions. Left us drinks in the refrigerator as well. It was our first experience with airbnb and she made it a good one. the apartment is as seen and described, loved the location. very clean. Would definitely stay at this place again. Had a wonderful time in NYC

Tha apartment of Samantha was just perfect for our one-week-stay in NY . We had everything we needed: and on top of that a gym and a rooftop terras. The apartment was very clean and bright. Samantha was a perfect host: very flexible for the check-in hour, and always helpfull to give us tips about things to do and restaurants to eat in NY. Samantha was a wonderful host. She was very accommodating, friendly and incredibly prompt responding to my questions both prior to, and upon my arrival in NYC. She was kind enough to leave a few lovely treats in the fridge for my late arrival as well! Both the check in and checkout process was easy and without hassle or inconvenience. Samantha went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay at her place. Her apartment was clean, her "rules of the house" were clear, and she was available for any questions I had. This was my first time trying airbnb, and if all my experiences are as great as this I'll never stay in a hotel again!

Our whole experience was a wonderful, thanks to Samantha and her efficiency! Everything was just the way we had anticipated; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment and the Financial District, which is close to really everything you need and more....the food, the walks, the stores and then to come home to a clean, immaculate building and apartment - heaven! Thank you Samantha for everything and for the use of your apartment and for always being there for us.

Samantha was very courteous and helpful with my questions. Her apartment is within 1-3 blocks of all the needed subway lines making it very convenient to get around the city (if there are any concerns re: it being in Financial District). Samantha has left access to maps, walking guides, Zagats books, etc . The whole experience was great!

I stayed at Samantha's apartment for my first 3 weeks in NYC. The location was fantastic as it was minutes from where i worked and was very convenient to mobilize from. Samantha was amazing and very helpful. She provided lots of help and guidance. She was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Her apartment was very clean and spacious for NYC. This place was AWESOME - so clean, set up like a hotel with everything you can think of, super clean and minimal! Samantha is amazing - overall couldn't have asked for a better place or more responsible host.

I stayed with Samantha in May 2011 for about 2 weeks. It is a great apartment and she's a fabulous host. The place looks *exactly* as good as the pictures suggest. When I arrived late at night the apartment was a real treat - we had everything we needed and it was spotlessly clean. Samantha had even left us some cupcakes. The neighbourhood was great as well. I'd definitely stay there again!

Samantha was a fantastic host and made us feel very at home as soon as we arrived. Her recommendations for bars and restaurants were fabulous and she helped us to explore what NYC really has to offer during our stay. We were extremely happy with the facilities provided to us... laundry... gym.... and felt that the location was great to get around the city. We would definitely book to stay again. Thanks Samantha!
