I'm a tidy, respectful and quiet house guest, non-smoker and drug-free. Whatever the rules are for your space, I'm happy to honor them. I am allergic to rabbits; cats make me kinda sneezy but I can deal.
Other stuff:
I'm a touring singer-songwriter (and former software engineer, if that matters) technically based in New York but too nomadic this year to justify a lease. I love striking up conversations with new people, cooking with farmers market finds, catching great live music, and exploring whatever city I'm in. Also, despite a terrible carbon footprint from traveling, I'm into all things green - reusing/recycling, going veggie (though I'm still an omnivore), secondhand & sustainable fashion, etc.
Overall I'm mellow but up for anything, outgoing but a kind of a nerd at heart. Hope this helps...thanks for reading!
