  I had the wonderful staying with Anni for 3 days. Anni is very friendly host, very clever, interesting to talk person, she has very interesting background and speaks 5 languages and she is fond of cultural matters.   I had a wonderful time staying with Anni. She is a lively host and invited me,as a friend would, to a few cultural events that she was going to. I only stayed the one night as I was off to Madrid but I will be staying in touch. Her flat is compact but bright and has two terraces which you are free to use.   I stayed with Anni for 4 days and had great conversation and saw parts of Barcelona most travelers wouldn't see with out the accompaniment of a local. She was a gracious host and always was interested in the lives and doings of her guests. Her atico is located a few minutes from the beach, which was great to have quick access to take walks at anytime of the day or night being so close to the beach.   It was a pleasant time at Annis appartment. Anni is very experienced in traveling. She gave us good advice what we have to see in Barcelona to get the real feeling from this beautiful city. We had the opportunity to reach the beach in 5 minutes walk from the appartment. Thank you very much!

  Anni was very friendly with us, very interested and had a lot to tell us, from the places to visit in Barcelona, how to go there, her experiences, what to be careful for... Living there really gave us the real idea of what it is like to live in Barcelona. We loved it! Of course there are a lot of stairs but we enjoyed every bit of our experience!

  Anni was so accommodating and friendly. Her apartment, though small, was very comfortable and in a great location. She invited me to attend various cultural events with her but I never felt pressure to do so. She also has a very interesting background and was fun to talk to.

  Perfect location, great cultural insight. Just be warned-- no elevator if you have an oversized bag, so be prepared for the stairs.

  Cosy small place. 2 terraces to relax. Lovely host. For me, it was definitely worth the price. Anni was helpful and had maps and places to visit ready at hand. Even took me to try out the food at one of the restaurants that she liked. Near the beach and shops. Stairs are a bit narrow, advisable not to carry too big a suitcase. Apart from that, no qualms about my stay.
