  We loved staying with Charde and Ned. They took the time to personally escort us to their apartment after we arrived at the train station, and provided us with many helpful suggestions and recommendations that made our stay in Luzern extremely enjoyable. Charde and Ned are a lovely couple and excellent hosts, and should you choose to stay with them you will be glad you did.

  Perfect! Chade and her boyfriend Ned were a couple who had kindness and sociality. I felt a sense of familiarity to them. They kindly did not only recommending the restaurant but also accompanying me in front of them. In addition, their lovely room including large comfortable bed healed me well. Thank you.

  Charde was absolutely fantastic and the apartment was unimaginably cute. Great, safe neighborhood with a picturesque view and easy travel by foot or bus to the central station. I highly recommend an Airbnb experience with Charde.

  My mother and I had an excellent stay with Charde and her boyfriend Ned! The apartment was clean, adorable and only minutes away from the train station and old town. We had an amazing dinner (thanks to their recommendations) and also enjoyed a pleasant conversation in the morning over a great cup of coffee made by Ned. Charde even sent me some recommendations for places to stay in Berlin. I would recommend them to all Airbnb users!

  Charde and Ned's place is at a very convenient location, quiet and cozy. Walkable to all major attractions in the city. They give good recommendations of places to eat, shop and are very considerate and discreet. However, there's no wifi in the apartment but they kindly provided a laptop so I could have access to internet. Oh, and Ned makes good coffee and hot chocolate too! :) Definitely a nice place to stay in a lovely town!

  The host canceled my reservation the day before arrival. This was due to circumstances out of her control and she was very communicative about the situation. Sometimes these things just happen and I do not think it reflects upon Charde as a host in general. The airbnb customer service was excellent and they assisted me in finding another host at the last minute. It was a bit hectic getting things sorted, but it worked out, and that is what matters.

  Charde and Ned were a delight to stay with! They and their place are warm and friendly. The apartment has very easy access to the rest of town. You should definitely listen to their recommendations of where to eat (We really enjoyed Parterre). You'd be lucky to stay with them!

Their apartment is very comfortable and they were extremely accommodating, letting us use their bikes, giving us great recommendations for places to eat and drink in town and leaving chocolates on our pillows! We recommend them to anyone wanting a cozy experience in Luzerne.

  We had a great stay with Charde. She and Ned were gracious and charming. The location is very convenient. There's a good veggie restaurant nearby. Pool is less than 3 minutes away, if you wish to swim. Their home is just as it appears. Bed is very comfortable. Once you arrive, you'll notice a really fun and whimsical theme in decoration. It is very cheery. Our stay with them was joyful overall. We would stay there again and recommend them.

  We loved staying at Charde and Ned's beautiful home. They are a very warm couple and provided us with recommendations for restaurants and entertainment in Luzern and even in Torino (our follow-on stop). Their apartment is within walking distance of the centre or there is a bus across the street. Their internet connection was very reliable and the bed very comfortable. Would highly recommend the experience.

  We had a wonderful time. Great place and nice couple. The apartment is just 12 minutes walk from the main train station. It is with fully equipped kitchen. Would definitely recommend to others.
