  We stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of May (5 of us ranging from age 13 and up). The location was absolutely perfect - just minutes to Uffizi and Meddici palace and the Ponte DeVechio bridge, 15 minute walk to every thing else.   We really enjoyed our stay at Piazza Mentana. It's a great location! It was quiet, except for chirping birds and church bells ringing, but we loved that! We loved the courtyard view. It is a pretty basic apartment but it met our needs. The small bathroom/shower took a little getting used to, but would be fine for most people for a short stay.   We loved this apartment! It's located in an amazing neighborhood - near the Santa Croce church and piazza, one of the best gelato places in Florence (Vivoli) and within a short walk to all the major sights. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable and Christine and her team are excellent hosts. They left us a welcome bottle of wine, and even made Easter dinner reservations for our group of 7 people. My next trip to Florence will absolutely include a stay at one of Christine's properties!

  the location was good if you want to be on the other side of the bridge in florence. the apartment was not that good unfortunately. you had to climb 5 flights of stairs becasue there was no elevator and with heavy luggage it was not fun. the bedroom was tiny not really even room to put the suitcase in the room.   My family of five were very grateful to have stayed here for two nights at the end of December. We chose this apartment primarily because of how incredibly spacious it was and that it allowed us to park our rental car for free on a nearby street safely (practically impossible to do right in the city centre of Florence.)   This apartment is beautiful! Nice furniture, full of light, well equipped. The terraces are incredible. We have been very happy and lucky to stay there 5 days (4 adultsand a baby). A lovely food market and lots of restaurant within 1 minute walking distance. Close to the Duomo, which is to say central position.   Florence was beautiful and the apartment was perfect for us. In a quiet community, we were away from the tourist and traffic noises, but able to walk into the city every morning. It was a 20-30 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio. The apartment is large, clean, with lots of storage. Free parking on the street by the apartment was not a problem and it was a joy to not need our car for four days. It was a wonderful vacation!

  Christine and her assistants were extremely helpful and well organized for the duration of our stay. Check-in and Check out were a breeze, the apartment was very comfortable, in a fantastic Oltrarno location, on an upper floor overlooking the beautiful tiled roofs of surrounding buildings, and even with a view of the Duomo. We would stay here again.

  I decided to try to experience several different parts of Florence during my stay, & I booked Via de Ginori apartment for one of the three months I spent in the city. Of the other two apartments rented (also both through AirBnB, but not through Christine), one was less expensive and the other was equal to the cost of the Ginori apartment; however, I would definitely call Ginori the worst value by far.
