I have traveled in many countries and all over the U.S. Just like you, when I am looking for an accommodation--safety, desirability, above average comfort, convenience, cleanliness and very positive reviews of the room matters before I book a reservation. It's important that the place I am staying at is quiet and I don't have to deal with apartment noise at night next door or have to look for a parking around the neighborhood and then have to pay each single day.

That's the reason we make sure the bed you are planning to sleep on is very comfortable (see our fantastic bed reviews) and not one of those blow up plastic mattress or back breaking futon. Your NEW bed also includes memory foam pillows for total comfort and hypoallergenic covers/sheets. You never have to orbit in our neighborhood to find parking and then pay to park your car each day. Best of all, you don't need to worry about any noise coming from other apartment dwellers in the building, since our accommodation is a private house, not an apartment building.

Your accommodation includes a welcome basket, Spa-like soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. You don't need to bring your own towel, we provide you with a plush 100 percent Egyptian towel. Your room includes a Blu Ray disc player and HD TV and a DVD/CD library. Your high speed WiFi Internet is free. Your room is yours only and your bath is yours only...you never have to share! Our house is a quiet home meant for you to relax!

The house is close to major attractions, but miles away from an ordinary experience. Our goal is to make your accommodation experience with us simply perfect and at its finest!

Romer and Ed gave me the red carpet treatment. What a wonderful and delightfully elegant place to stay. The London room was fun with the British flag and the "Keep Calm and Carry On" picture on the wall. The goodies and the "continental" type breakfast were a real treat. I highly recommend this BnB. I had an amazing trip to Sacramento, made even more so with Romer and Ed's hospitality. :)

If you are ever in need of a place to stay in Sacramento, you simply must stay at this home. Romer and Ed are very friendly, very knowledgeable of the area, including things to do and places to eat. Since I was there on a Sunday morning, they made a wonderful breakfast, and completely opened their kitchen up to my needs or wants during my entire stay. Romer was an absolutely amazing host from start to finish, and his home is impeccably decorated and clean. He had an awesome selection of breakfast foods available, and gave us some great tips for what to do in our free afternoon. If I ever stay in the Sacramento area again, it will definitely be with Romer!

Dear Romer & Ed, My daughter and I really loved our stay in your home. You all went above and beyond our expectations! Your place is spotless; there were snacks and water in our room, shampoo and conditioner in the bath, and a tasteful selection of items for the continental breakfast. I knew from Romers and Eds reviews they were great people. I was actually looking forward to our stay! They were so respectful of our space but yet warm and inviting. My girls immediately felt comfortable. My youngest daughter said she wanted her room to be just like the Paris room. Exactly! We all loved the decorating and little touches. Romer was a great host. The listing is very accurately described, and everything is taken care of, literally like a BNB. Great neighborhood, with close access to good bike lanes/paths. I would stay here again if I needed a room without a doubt.

Romer and Ed were great hosts. Romer was there when we arrived and showed us around the place and helped get us all situated. He had a welcome basket for us, snacks in the room, menus and directions to area restaurants. He told us how close things were and how to get to shopping areas. Romer and his friends were very cool, sweet, funny, friendly, and lively people. I do hope they come back as I was unprepared due to a busy day/week and a little grumpy. Wonderful home and hosts, very friendly! I had a great time. The location is perfect with stores nearby and a few minutes to downtown Sacramento via I80 or I5 right there. Tastefully decorated and very warm home, very clean as well. I would go back without hesitations. Romer and Ed make this home a home away from home!

I met Romer when I went for my very first time to Sacramento. He's a wonderful host, super friendly and helpful. I had to stay for a few weeks and he made me feel straight away like at home. The house and the garden are amazing, and the rooms are super comfortable. During my stay, I never felt like in a BnB, I felt like I was staying at a good friend’s house. I highly recommend to live this great experience.

I recommend booking a room at Romer's home as another alternative besides the hotel. I love the way he decorated his place! The living room was decorated in a contemporary and relaxing European Bali style. The bedrooms were nicely decorated in a comfortable theme. The house is very clean, neat, and organized. It is closed to all major freeways, downtown, and shopping areas. On top of everything, Romer is a great host that make you feel like home.

I had the pleasure of staying with Romer & E***** recently. The house is almost new and very well kept. Their home is very clean and is peaceful and relaxing. The pictures really do not do their home justice. The house is quite large and the bed very comfortable. There is a private bath.
