  Wen-Ting was a pleasure to deal with...her communication prior and during the stay was prompt and very easy. Her apartment is in a great location and was very clean. The bed was also very comfortable which meant for great night sleeps. Wen-Ting was also very accomodating with our arrival and departure times. I would recommend Wen-tings accomodations for anyone considering travel to NYC. Thanks Again ! Anthony and Lisa

  Wen Ting's apartment is lovely. Exactly the type of place I live in. The location is excellent and a short walk from everything in the east village. I was amazed at how many activities I ended up involved in on 4th street itself. Stand up comedy, restaurants, a famous theater company, cooking classes and of course bars cafes, pizza shops and everything else that makes the village.   Wen Ting was a wonderful host and her apartment quite lovely. I really appreciated back issues of Time Out for the latest happening restaurants and greatest of the city, as well as her own local guide to essentials in the neighborhood. I especially enjoyed catching up with a couple of girlfriends in the garden after dinner out at an amazing Brazillian restaurant nearby. I hope her place is available during my next visit!

  The apartment was just as you see in the photos- clean, cozy and comfortable. The brand new air conditioner is definitely a plus! The location is good allowing you to see the LES. We had problems with delayed flights and finally arrived much later than expected, yet Wen Ting was very accomodating-she even moved the key to several locations to help out! Overall all a good experience.

  I stayed in Wen-Ting's place for almost a week, and all the good things in the other reviews are true. The flat is great - large, superb location, clean - and Wen-Ting is super helpful. She asked for a security deposit, and, unlike some other experiences, was completely above board and didn't try to find reasons to keep any of it. I'd highly recommend staying here.

  We stayed in Wen-ting's apartment for 6 days in mid-September. She was very good at communicating via email leading up to and during our stay. She responded to all our inquiries in a timely and helpful way, providing advice and lots of information on local restaurants and amenities.   This apartment is wonderful! Wen-Ting was very professional and reliable about providing us with necessary information and also flexible about our checkin/checkout. The apartment was very clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet, and in a fantastic and fun neighborhood. I don't have a single complaint--I have nothing but praise for everything about Wen-Ting and her apartment--and I plan on trying to stay here again when I return to New York!

  We had a great time in Wen-Tings apartment. I was pleasantly suprised by how big it was for a New York apartment. We were very comfortable and it's quiet at night. Wen-ting was very quick to respond to questions and made the whole process very easy. It is a little walk to the subway but an easy one. Overall we had a great time and loved East Village.

  We hired out the entire apartment for 1 week. It was my first time using airbnb and it was better than I could have expected. Wen-Ting communicated well prior to the trip and whilst we was staying there Wen-Ting left helpful information on the area and also swiftly responded to emails requesting recommendations.   We stayed 5 nights. Very clean, comfortable and tidy apartment. Very clear and efficient email communication with Wen-ting. Absolutely no questions were left unanswered.   I stayed in Wen-tings apartment for a week and it was great. The apartment was much bigger than I expected from the pictures and was very clean, tidy and well kept. It can easily house 3 people when renting the whole apartment, two in the bedroom, one on the futon. Since she was travelling, I was welcomed by Wen-tings friend Martin, which was great also.
