Hi - I'm a visual artist and teacher living in New York City. I lived in San Francisco from 2000-2003 and I miss it. I came back to the east coast for graduate school at Columbia, but now I feel like I'm being pulled west again. I have great friends in the Mission who can vouch for me, some of my friends started the REBAR group, another good friend started Meatpaper magazine. I myself used to live on Shotwell and 20th street in a beautiful victorian. That was when I was making a bit more green when I was an interaction designer, but that is a story for another time.
My girlfriend Miya is traveling with me, she is a yoga teacher in new york. She's been in the city since she was 18, but people always assume she's from the bay area for some reason.
