The location of the apartment is very convenient, close to BART station that goes to Downtown and SFO airport easily. Very interesting neighborhood that has a great mix of most everything. Although I've heard some negative opinions of the Mission district, I felt quite safe and had not any incident the 5 days we were there.
The room is spacious with a comfortable sofa. Bed is firm and big with warm coverings. Good size closet with ample hangers and shelves. Bathroom is very spacious too, with new granite counter top and cabinets. Plenty of hot water that you didn't have to wait long for.
Nick was very helpful with food recommendations. Although we didn't get to see him a lot, he's cordial and friendly to talk with.
It's a great place for a neat experience.

Guys! Stay with Nick. That's it.
He let us using his house like was our home. We were able to stay in the kitchen all day to work. Nick is also passionate about technology and startups; and the bedroom is awesome! Ciao

Nick was a great host; he was easy to talk to, helpful, and considerate. Nick has a nicely remodeled place in the heart of the Mission, right around the corner from the BART. For exploring the Mission and the surrounding areas in SF, I highly recommend staying with Nick.

Second stop at Nick's apt during my trip in SF. Memorable staying, everything was very fine. Mission District is a very interesting neighborhood. Don't waste your time, take a walk in valencia street, for the 18th and 16th streets towards Castro, taste the many pubs, restaurants, bars... The apt is very well located - few minutes to downtown by Bart - and Nick's is a great friend!!!

Nick is a very kind and friendly guy. The apt is well located, with all the amenities around and Bart station only 5 minutes walking. The first impact with Mission was a little bit hard for me, but I slowly discovered what I consider now one of the most interesting SF places, with many weird fashinating restaurants, bars, shops...
I've immediately felt myself at home and I hope to go again in Mission and in Nick 's apt. Thanks nick!!

Nicely upgraded apt with granite countertops, large kitchen, gas stove, large bedroom with comfy bed and couch, quiet street close to Muni and Bart and amenities.
Nick and Noah were almost invisible, pleasant when present. Highly recommend. Would stay again.

Nick was very helpful and promt at responding to my emails, but I didn't get to meet him. It was his brother Noah that welcomed me and he did everything he possibly could to make me feel at home. The flat is close to the BART and situated in a very eclectic neighborhood, which I loved!

Staying here was great! Nic (and his bro) were great hosts - even though I didn't meet Nic. The neighborhood is vibrant and the building is safe and secure. When we were there the building's common hallways were being upgraded and although the building doesn't look so nice from the outside, the interior was quite lovely. The room for rent was large and the bed was comfortable. Parking was also not that bad. There are great places to eat very close by and awesome coffee. Thanks guys!

Nic is a classy and awesome guy. I felt REALLY comfortable staying there. He even recommended this fantastic Burmese mom 'n pop restaurant across the street called "Yamo" and I could not get over the food there. I still have dreams about the chicken noddle soup they have. Also, try the mixed salad as an appetizer. It is simply to die for! I actually bought 3 meals to take to the airport and was eating the mixed salad on the plane (truth be told, the people sitting besides me were drooling)! If you are an art fanatic like me, please note the various murals on the sides of the buildings scattered around the Mission District, and is, in my humble opinion, mind blowing. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks Nic!

This is a great place in the middle of the Mission! The room is large, has beautiful hardwood floors and tall ceilings.
I can't get over how great of a location this was: just blocks away from Bi-Rite, Tartine, and the BART.
Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to meet Nicholas during my stay, but his brother Noah was very hospitable and easy-going.
Thanks for the great stay, guys!

This place is nice and calmly tucked away in the vibrant Mexican and Latino part of the Mission District. There is so much expressionism in art, buildings, pavement poetry, and the tube will get you anywhere in a sec. It is a comfortable place to stay!
