  An amazing place & an amazing stay!!! Joseph's place was exactly what we were looking for to escape the hotel scene and he was quick and great with communication on his listing. Will definitely book a stay again when in the LA area!!!

  This was one of my first experiences with airbnb and I wasn't sure what to expect, but Joseph was a great host and his space is a great place to stay in L.A. It's a full one bedroom apartment, with a fully stocked kitchen, a living room with a large TV and cable, a bathroom and a bedroom with a very comfy bed. He met us and explained the keys and informed us that he was available anytime should we need assistance. 2. The secure, off-street parking was safe and convenient. 3.   This was my 1st experience with AirBnB and if every host is like Joseph, I'll never book a hotel room again! As stated in the ad, the location is amazing. (And two grocery stores only a block away were a particular bonus.) The neighborhood is safe and pleasant and I was able to walk or take a short cab ride everywhere I needed to go.   Joseph was an excellent host. We stayed for 3 nights, and he provided us with all the amenities we needed such as parking, internet, and even extra toiletries. He even cooked us a good breakfast. The location is close to Hollywood and other tourist sites. Would recommend to anyone visiting LA.

  Our experience with Joseph Garcia's apartment was simply amazing. The house was very clean and accomodating. He was very responsive to our phone calls, questions, etc. The apartment is very conveniently located if you like low key spots around Silver Lake and Los Feliz. We enjoyed our stay very veery much, I would suggest this place to anybody.

  Joseph has a decent apartment in a great, safe neighborhood in Los Feliz. We enjoyed our stay. What we didn't realize was that the apartment is actually the 'office' apartment for the complex. But, no one bothered us during the posted 'office hours' so I guess it was ok :) Having secure parking in the basement was great!

  my first bnb experience and joseph made it very easy with helpful and precious instructions and prompt responses. as the previous comment stated, the deadbolt doesnt work but the building is gated and the setting seemed pretty safe with private parking in a gated lot. There are beverages and bagels in the apartment and bathroom is well stocked with toiletries. Thanks Joseph!

  The location is really great, very centrally located and a good neighborhood for walking. I never met Joseph but he seemed very considerate and called me to check that I had gotten in OK. The apartment is stuffy and consequently smells tended to linger. It would be nice to have a reading lamp next to the bed. The biggest issue for me was security.   Joseph was a great host and his place was very great as well. My kids love the fact that there were so many toys to play with at this place. This Apt had everything you could possibly want, it was like I never left home. The apartment was clean, close to everything in the safe neighborhood and everything was A++++.   It's just like it looks in the pictures. It's a huge 1 bedroom apartment. Very neat and clean. The residents in the building are also very nice and friendly. I will definitely stay there again. Close to everything! Quiet. This was my first time using this service, and I was nervous at first, but after arriving to the apartment, I knew there was nothing to worry about!!   We stayed 2 days in L.A, and it was really nice to have choosen Joseph's place: plenty of space, very clean, easy to arrive to the center by car......and the breakfast was really wonderful! And he was always in contac if needed. Definetly,it is worth to book it.

  The apartment was really great. Lots of room, very comfortable bed, Joseph really took great care in laying out everything, from towels to soaps to bottled water. There is even private parking in a gated garage. Joseph was very nice and answered every question I had as I was a first time airbnb guy.
