I am thrilled to be part of a fun loving family. Our collective love of art, music, fresh air, travel and learning keeps our lives vivid and full of wonderful memories together.

One season we are taking in the crisp autumns, snowy winters, breathtaking mountain vistas and eclectic history of Northern New Mexico. Next we are soaking up the warm sunshine, tropical breezes, luscious flavors and sacred spirit of the Hawaiian Islands.

We are privileged to have found ourselves stewards of three remarkable properties in these magical locations. We have lovingly revived these homes, taking great care to honor the history and sacred space of each one.

We loved waking up to the view out the kitchen screen! The cocoanut grove and flowers are beautiful. We had many interesting talks and meals with the neighbors and even had a little campfire under the stars. The location was perfect - away from the crowds in the North and South of the island. This cottage is perfect for 2 and we found it very clean. We would love to stay again. Thank you! Pam Hellmann

Coco Moon is a piece of paradise set against the beautiful, desolate Larsen's Beach. My family and I went to celebrate my 30th and it was more than I had ever expected from this holiday! The cottage was in the perfect location for a restful and easy stay on Kauai. It looked exactly like it does on the Airbnb posting. It had everything we needed, got a courtesy check in call shortly after arriving. Had lots of beach toys, and plenty of linens. Very clean and tidy. It was the perfect spot for four night stay. We (me and two friends) spent a great time (about a week) at this house. The proximity to the beach, the birds in the morning, the whole location which was not too far away from other houses, the road, etc. but which was also remotely enough toactually experience the nature of the island. Great outdoor showers, kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils, beautiful coconut grove a nice walk down the lane to a great beach. We would definetly stay there again.Its a quiet beautiful neighboorhood with a rural feel. Make sure you contact host prior to arrival or you may be a little confused as to check-in, we arrived after dark and house was left open and ready for us, but without the help of a friendly neighbor we may not have been sure it was the right house.

We stayed at Coco Moon Cottage for one week over Christmas 2011 and could not have asked for more. The space is deceivingly roomy, clean, far removed from highways and civilization and absolutely pitch black at night. The crowing roosters are heard day and night regardless of where you are on this island and just become part of the experience. We love being away from the "resort" set. Coco Moon was deliciously located on the North side of the island. Total quiet, total peace, total fun. We loved our stay. It provided complete relaxation.

Idyllisch gelegenes treetop Haus in einem verschlafenen Tal in der Nähe eines schönen Strandes. Haus sauber, hübsche Einrichtung, tolle Terrasse. Absolut empfehlenswert. Vorsicht: Hähne fangen zum Morgengrauen an zu krähen und es gibt viele davon...wir haben uns daran gewöhnt.

We arrived late - boy is it DARK without the light pollution we're used to in the city - which made the cottage tricky to find. With assistance from Melody we finally found our home away from home! It was definitely worth the trouble. The Coco Moon is an adorable cottage and was perfect for our needs. The cottage was clean, comfortable and private. We loved how secluded the cottage was, the property was huge and in a less-developed area of Kauai. Everyone we encountered on this part fo the island was even friendlier than other places in Hawaii, if that's possible. The cottage itself was well appointed, with a number of nice touches that made us feel at home. Coco Moon cottage is a beautiful little studio-type cottage with a loft (so can sleep more people) but housed the two of us very comfortably for 10 nights. Great location just 1 mile from Larsen's Beach, a pretty private beach. Very quiet (apart from the 5am rooster chorus which became an entertaining part of our holiday!). Melody was very accommodating and helpful whenever we had any issues. Would love to stay again!

The cottage was perfect - a cozy space and an amazing view of an organic coconut grove with the ocean in the background. The property caretaker was very sweet and the place was clean and modern - it even had a spa tub, which a lovely bonus.

Ahh, Coco Moon!!! This place is absolutely gorgeous -- it was exactly as advertised. The cottage is in a perfect location; easy to peruse up the north coast or south on the highway to the western part of the island. It's quiet, the grounds are beautiful....it was perfect. Jessica is a great host! When we arrived, there was a problem with the water heater so we had no hot water in the shower. She promptly and graciously followed up to get it fixed. Our stay at Jade Lily was wonderful! It was such a beautiful property with more amenities than we would ever need. The house was clean and our surroundings were quiet - the perfect way to relax on vacation. I would highly recommend this property to others looking for a peaceful vacation in the lap of luxury.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Casita Morada, which is on a beautifully maintained and renovated historic adobe estate walking distance from Taos Plaza yet removed enough from it to be quiet and restful. We particularly appreciated the comfortable furnishings and lovely art, interesting books on the art history of the area and the gardens. After a day of hiking, the hot tub was amazing! Honey the dog and Groucho the cat were fine company in the garden.

Coco moon cottage was everything my boyfriend and I had hopes for!! We loved the privacy, the homey-ness of the cottage, and the fantastic location (nice walk to Larsen's beach, quick access to the north shore sights, and the fantastic property with coconut trees to rock you to sleep with their leaves swaying in the night breeze). We had an amazing time at Jade Lily. The house was clean, comfy, and beautiful. Definitely recommend a rental home over a hotel. Washer, Dryer, full kitchen and multiple bedrooms is hard to beat. Our only issue was addressed within hours and had no problems getting help. Getting to the beach is tricky and at least a mile walk but what a great adventure. Thank you for an incredible vacation!

What is one to say of a SUPER-HOST??? The Jade Lily was lovely. It was great to get in the boats and be at the beach in 5 minutes! The surrounding trees and flowers were amazing, and we loved getting up in the early morning to the sound of all the birds (and roosters...wouldn't be Kauai without 'em.) My family of 4 plus my parents had a great experience at Coco Moon. This is a beautiful, well maintained home, with all that you need for a week of vacation. The location is a little remote but that is what we were seeking. But, if want to be in the action there are more central locations.

The Schoolhouse in Taos was like a winter dreamland. Coming from Phoenix, it was exactly the experience we were looking for. Hospitable hosts. All the comforts of home. Quiet, cozy and within walking distance of most restaurants and sites in town. God, I wish I was back there right now...would and will return.

We had a great time at Jessica and Bob's cottage! The cottage in itself was clean, spacious and well organized. The kitchen view on the coconut garden is fantastic! We found the location ideal on the East cost of the island. For sure, the beach at the end of the road is not a recommended location for a safe swimming, but there are plenty of other beaches close by which are extraordinary. We would definitely recommend this offer for other Airbnb's travelers. Thanks again.

I stayed in a really nice casita. Comfortable furnishings and nice bed. Spacious and clean with full kitchen. No cable, but was not bothered by that one bit. Great location just north of downtown with easy access to everything. Easy on the fly reservation done on my phone through the internet.

The first morning was 14 degrees with no hot water. Having to walk out to the bathromm all the time was annoying. The second night could not get connected to the internet even though her husband tried to get it to work it wouldnt. We absolutely loved Casita Rio in Taos, NM! It was a perfect spot for our family of 5 on our first visit to Taos. Jessica made excellent suggestions for places to eat and the restaurants and shops are all in such close proximity of Casita Rio. Despite Casita Rio being so close to the downtown, it is very private and quite. We thoroughly enjoyed the indoor and outdoor fire places and private yard. We will stay here when we return to Taos! When we arrived, no one was there to greet us or even a welcome letter, just the keys and an open door. We thought this was very strange, it felt like once they had our money that was the end of the interaction. I understand that they want to give guests privacy, but a hello would have been nice. Delightful! And incredibly relaxing stay at the Schoolhouse. It is a fairly good sized room with a fold out futon and queen sized bed, both really comfortable. It also has all you need, some hot plates, dishes and silverware, a minifridge, and a sink. I would say I enjoyed the courtyard the most. The Schoolhouse was perfect for our stay in Taos. It was within walking distance to the Plaza and very comfortable. An earlier post mentions lack of running water, but that was not the case with us- the kitchen sink worked fine. The house was very charming and the adobe stays cool even in the summertime. An affordable, cute, fun place to stay in Taos!

This casita offers a once in a lifetime chance to sleep in a truely historic adobe. The cottage was perfect! Modern and nicely decorated. Beautiful location on coconut farm a short walk from the beach! Jessica & Bob were such gracious hosts - bringing us olive oil (forgot to buy @ the store), additional chairs for some dinner guests, use of their washer/dryer, and PAPAYAS! The jacuzzi was very nice! I would definitely stay here again!

We found the little one-room "Schoolhouse" to be charming, authentic and located in an historic section of Taos. The Schoolhouse room itself is very comfortable. The Owner, Jessica Gormley, is generally accommodating and responsive to inquiries, e.g., suggestions for good places to eat dinner and breakfast, but her availability is somewhat limited. We had a wonderful stay at Jade Lily! Exactly what my husband and I were looking for. The house is perfect for 1-2 couples or a family. It was so easy to kayak to the beach (~5 min), which was secluded and fun to explore. The house itself is comfortable and the hot tub is great. This cottage is absolutely fabulous! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all the wonderful things including the view of the lovely coconut plantation and proximity to Larsen's beach and Kilauea. This place is a hidden jewel in a more quiet part of the island. We stayed at Jessica's cottage on Koolau Rd in Kilauea, Kauai for 5 days in January 2010. The location was great and the cottage was charming. The house was fabulous, the location secluded and private -- exactly as we had hoped for and perfectly aligned with Jessica's presentation of it.
