My name is Nadia Erwin and my husband is Josh. I am a teacher, and an accountant for my husband's business. We love to travel, meet new people, and explore new cultures. We came to New Orleans about four years ago and fell in love with the rich culture and diverse people.

We encourage you to go out and explore this unique and beautiful city.

Apartment was true to pictures. Great location in the French Quarter, able to walk everywhere and quite at all times during the day. Never met the hosts but was able to communicate well through email and left clear instructions.

Great place, in a wonderful location. Apartment was clean, and very comfortable. Lovely courtyard, and a very good vibe overall. Would definitely recommend staying there when visiting new Orleans!

We had a very nice and quiet time at Nadia and Josh apartment. The yard is very cute and cool with the fountain and the palm trees and flowers. It's so great to have a breakfast or dinner in there. Warmly recommanded !

My wife and I had a great time at Nadia's place in the Frech Quarter. A fantastic location that was a nice quick and quite getaway right in the heart of the Frech Quarter. I would recommend to any friend and would love to stay again.

Nadia was a terrific host, and her place is absolutely lovely. Clean, roomy, and ideally located for a stay in New Orleans. A quiet, leafy spot in the French Quarter right around the corner from the party that makes you feel like you're a local.

This is a wonderful little apartment with a charming private patio. The location is perfect, quiet, private yet close attractions, good restaurants and of course lively Bourbon street. We enjoyed the close access to the street car to venture out of the French Quarter to see other parts of the city too. Nadia & Josh are great hosts and even helped arrange our transportation from the airport with a fabulous transportation company, NOLA Shuttle.

Nadia and Josh were great. My trip started out seemingly doomed from the start. But Nadia and Josh's apartment was perfect, the location couldn't have been better, and my girlfriend and I ended up having the time of our lives. I wouldn't be surprised if we stay there again next year!

The stay was great, the apartment is quiet, right in town where everything was but just far enough away that when you got it was quiet. Great price for Mardi Gras as well.

Just returned from a fabulous weekend in New Orleans and renting the apartment from Nadia and Josh was the smartest thing we could had done. It put us in the best possible location, so accessible to everything the French Quarter has to offer but close enough to other parts of town (Frenchman St especially) that we wanted to check out.
