Young at heart 40's guy, married, busy with work, need crash pad occiaisinally in NYC and have room in eco cottage for rent in country. We are soicable but looking for base in new york, live upstate in eco house I built .

my wife is a novelist who will occaisionally join me in new york. Im an entrepreneur in media, sustainability and internet.

mainly staying in ny during the week

get up 8 to 9 am work from home on computer for 2 to 3 hrs then goto office see (website hidden) and (website hidden)

meetings etc then come home 7 tto 10 work a bit crash

in city evenings to chill.

fun good cook but dwnt have time, social but most of that is outside of house
