  Rob is the quintesential host. The accomodations were just as beatuiful as pictured and very comfortable. The is some construction going on across the street, but we are early risers and were out and about during most of the noise. This is a perfect area to explore becasue the bus system is just a block or two away and will get you whererver you want to go. Also, walking distance to some great shops and restaurants.   Awesome host!!! And his house very well reaconditioned (almost to new) and very clean and tidy, in which one could almost feel guilty if you left something messy. Better than some hotels where I've been (even though they had "4 star"). Rob had the best predisposition at all times and I reached up in your car to a shop that was far to buy me a new camera.   Rob is super nice and kind, the room is neat and everything is handy. We walked the historic area all by foot, just 10min to the South st.

  Rob is AMAZING! He made my experience in Philadelphia memorable. He provided suggestions to local entertainment and restaurants. He even picked me up from 30th Street Station. I had the best time ever and can't wait to visit Philadelphia again. I AM definitely staying with Rob again. Thanks for everything!!!

  Rob is the bomb of a host! He picked us up from the airport, stopped by the UPenn copy center for my friend and opened up his beautiful home to us. Although we didn't have much time to chat, Rob was always super nice and open. Definitely stay if you have the chance!

  I cannot recommend Rob highly enough. He is a truly nice person and a very helpful host. I was in Philly more or less on business rather than doing the tourist thing, and I could not have had a better place to stay. Well located, clean, and a much better value than any comparably priced hotel-- the room looks just like the picture, the bathroom is ample, and the home is beautiful. And FYI, hotel taxes are about 15% in Philly which is something you don't have to pay staying through Airbnb.... More »

  Rob's place is just wonderful, very clean, with everything carefully arranged, and yet easy and comfortable. The location is perfect, in a safe quarter within walking distance of Rittenhouse square and Center City. Rob is a great host, friendly, easy-going and reliable. He picked me up at the airport, provided helpful information about the city and was generous with all I needed during my stay. Strongly recommended!
