Michael and the gang were fantastic hosts. The space is amazing and the location is very close to anything you could possibly need. It was clean, bright and very relaxing. The view is amazing - there is an excellent sound system to pump your own tunes through and the wireless internet allowed us to get some essential tasks done and find what we needed close by. Michael and his roommates are certainly pleasant enough guys. However, the room did not represent a good value because the $125/night price created the expectation of a nicer offering. I was looking to book something for my father’s visit to SF and this place seemed promising and (most of all) close to our home. Nothing in the ad is incorrect, but it would have been more accurate to say "it is a conference room with a mattress on the floor," which I did not fully realize until I stopped by... More »
This is a fantastic home. The spare bedroom is an entire floor to itself, and the patio is relaxing and sun-filled. The guys are fun and laid-back and are great hosts. They have a private chef cook meals for them at the beginning of the week so there's often yummy food in the fridge, too. If you want a big private room, or have ever wondered what it's like inside an internet start up, this is the perfect place for you!
