I love living by the sea, sailing my hobie 16, doing hot yoga. We are a family of four, including two teenagers, but we are rarely all here at the same time due to travel schedules.
I like the idea of renting out space at a reasonable price so that people can enjoy wonderful Brighton economically. My daughter is going to university, and so her room in available. Any revenue generated from the rental will go towards her living costs so she can get the most out of living in London as a student. She has stipulated that only females use her room.
