  We loved Linda's little haven of a cottage and the warm welcome she gave us. If you're looking for a really relaxing place to stay that is close to all the East Nashville attractions, you couldn't wish for anywhere better. Linda was a very gracious and most helpful host.

  Linda was a LOVELY hostess. Caring and helpful and just easy to be around. Her place is super cozy, sweet, clean and close to the great places to eat in East Nashville. The bed was so comfortable and the private porch in the spring time was also nice. She provided a great selection of teas, coffee, juice, fruit, bagels and yogurt - just one of the many nice little touches available at the Cottage.

  Linda is the best host . Her place is cozy (bed = so good). Linda clearly cares for and promotes her neighbourhood which is understandable since its the best in Nashville...within striking distance of downtown but far enough away to get away from it. Her guidebook is fantastic!! If Linda says you should do something, you MUST do it!! East Nashville couldn't ask for a better ambassador!!

  I loved staying at Linda's. This is AirBnB at its best, in a wonderful East Nashville neighborhood. Linda has worked in a real B&B, and her attention to detail - like providing the renter with maps and flyers of local restaurants and other businesses (like yoga!), and having a "continental" breakfast ready for wake-up - are very effective and have inspired me to kick up my AirBnB hosting experience a notch!

  Linda was a very welcoming and friendly host. Although she was at home during our stay she was very respectful of our privacy. She provided us a coffee card for a wonderful coffee shop around the corner as well as directing us to some great local restaurants and music venue. It was a really convenient place to get to know this hidden jewel of East Nashville.   The cottage is lovely. On a beautiful street in a great neighborhood. Restaurants very close by. Street parking. Feels just like home :) Suitable for 1-2 people. Does have a single sofa bed in living room where our daughter slept (not private though) Linda's a lovely host. As she was away for the weekend, she left provisions for us for breakfast, and we got to spend some time with her before we left. We felt very comfortable in her home and she is also a good massage therapist.

  We had the best time we have had any where!!! There were so many things to do within walking distance it gave us a chance to be alone, feel safe, and enjoy being just us again! Linda is a wonderful person, wonderful host, and a genuine person! Staying in her cottage is 1000 times better than staying at a hotel!   My friend and I stayed at The Cottage for three nights while we toured Nashville during a roadtrip. The room was very clean and cozy, and I definitely enjoyed reading out on the back deck in the morning sun with my coffee! Linda is an exceptionally sweet host. She made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. She also had fantastic recommendations on food/music places to check out!
