  My stay with Fabio was great. The apartment was spotless and he was very kind. The location of the apartment was great because it wasn't in the middle of Venice with all the tourist and chaos, but it was close enough to easily travel to Venice by bus.

  I had a lovely stay at Fabio and Candice home. The apartment is very nice and clean. Fabio gave me really precious tips about Venice. It is very fast to get the center of Venice by bus making it extremely ideal for visiting tourists. Nearby the Fabio's house there are a excellent pizzeria and a delicious “gelato”.   Fabio&Candice r super nice and the house is clean.Whenever you get up you can see yur rich breakfast on the table by the host.They also gave me useful advice abt expericing venice.

  Fabio's place was nice, neat and convenient with a direct, short bus ride into Venice and local shops and eateries nearby. Having WiFi was great as I had to work some as well! The airport is 2 quick bus trips and his place is easy to find. For a single traveler like me wanting to explore it was great!

  My first experience with airbnb, and what a great way to start! Fabio and Candice are great hosts--very nice people, very friendly and very helpful (Fabio even picked me up from the train station when I arrived late at night), but not intrusive and very respectful of their guest's privacy. Their apartment is very comfortable--not fancy, but everything you need, and spotless. Breakfast was simple but nice, and included fresh fruit.   Fabio picked us up at the Mestre train station which is one stop before St Lucia (on the island). He was very kind to let us check-in very early in the morning. He gave us clear instructions about the bus route #7 to Venice. We were there during the easter weekend. (less frequent bus schedule) The bus waiting is about 10 to 15 mins.   L'appartamento era molto pulito e aveva tutto il necessario per una buona permanenza. La zona era bellissima e tranquilla. Fabio ci aspettava nella stazione quando siamo arrivati e ci ha dato tutta l'informazione necessaria. Tutto ha funzionato perfettamente. L'unica cosa è che l'ultimo giorno siamo rimasti senza luce. Ad ogni modo tutto è stato perfetto.
