The apartment was AMAZING!! It's beautiful, clean, and perfectly set up! It's a live-able apartment with a lot of space and it was great having our own unit that even included a washer/dryer. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at Michael's. HIs place is situated in a really cute neighbourhood. It's only a 15 mins walk to 3rd Street Promenade! It's also close to Enterprise Car rental agency if you need to rent a car. Michael is very accommodating and very helpful! We would definitely stay with him again! Also Molly is super cute:)
What else can I say but a definite 5 stars. (I would have given it 6 if this were an option!) The apartment is stunning, the building clean, safe, and well-maintained, the neighborhood delightful, and the location--4 blocks from the beach and an easy stroll to downtown--can't be beat. I'll definitely be coming back!
Michael is a great guy and a wonderful host. My girlfriend and I didn't arrive until almost 11:00pm and Michael was there to greet us with his sweet dog Molly. The studio was immaculate, well decorated and super comfortable. It's located only a few blocks from the beach and adjacent to a nice little park. Michael is such an amazing host - he went over and above the call of duty to make our stay amazing. His pad is super high end - the bed sheets were nicer than ones we had at home!

First time user of this website and I went to Santa Monica to visit a relative in Pasadena. The entire house is very clean, well decorated and the overall quality of the experience was better than I would expect at a much more expensive hotel.

Michael is a friendly, accommodating host. The decor and styling are well done. I loved Michael's touches (in terms of service that is!), including a bottle of water on arrival and shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom. Molly is a super-friendly dog. The apartment is very close to Hotchkiss Park with a fabulous view of the ocean. The neighbours are friendly. I recommend the place.
