  Tricia and Frank were lovely hosts, and they have a gorgeous home and property. Panama City is a great part of Florida, with some nice places to eat and beautiful beaches. They provided breakfast and accommodated a late check in and check out time based on my schedule. It's worth it to stay at their place.

  Tricia and Frank are the perfect hosts. Their home is exceptional, so peaceful and a super comfy bed. Lovely little touches with special treats provided and I loved being surrounded by all the nature. I got some great photos and memories of the lakes and the birds. They are a beautiful couple.   Tricia was a perfect host. She helpedd us finding stuff arround, and let us do loundry and gave us a very complete breakfast. The room is totally private with access to the pool and garden. It was cleanest and perfectly prepared with tons of extras such as candy bars, robes... we planned on satying one day but we asatyed two. Verónica and Fernando

  We spent two nights with Frank and Tricia and had a wonderful time to say the least. Frank and Tricia were not only gracious hosts they are just all around great people with a contagious aura. We enjoyed the long conversations by their pool under the star-filled sky. We need more people like them in this world. In addition to the comfortable accomodations, we left having made 2 new friends. We recommend staying with Frank and Tricia if you're looking for a 6-star experience!!! A&A

  We had such a wonderful time at Tricia and Frank's place - it would be hard to imagine, how our vacation might have been otherwise, without Frank's tips on where we could find the most delicious seafood in town and Tricia's suggestions of the most wonderful beaches to get to. The place is comfortable and more!
