I believe in people's connection, and the hotel is lame in 2012 when you want to explore the city.
My motto: when you rent something, return it in better condition than when you rent it.
5 things I like:
1) foods, especially yummy foods
2) deserts, japanese sweets, chocolates...
3) To the local life style. The trip is about how I see from local people's point of view.
4) Eat, slightly different from 1). I have to eat foods, i mean "eat good foods"
5) Architecture and design (in + out). That's a part of what constitute the city.
