My husband and I highly recommend Joel. He stayed with us for a second time and we couldn't ask for a better guest. Great conversation, very thoughtful and considerate. Joel is a smart, funny, and interesting person to get to know, should you have the opportunity. Five stars for Joel!

I met Joel briefly this time - he was a very amiable, easy-going guy! He and his lady friend were wonderful guests.

Wonderful house guest. Very self-sufficient and easy going. Very prompt communication prior to his stay. We could not have asked for a better guest for our first hosting experience with airbnb. It would be a pleasure to host him again any time.

Joel was great! I wish I had had more time to sit down over a cup of coffee and talk with him. I can definitely say he is adaptable and open to new experiences (which you have to be to be around my family! LOL!), very self-sufficient and considerate. I would gladly host Joel again!

Joel was my inaugural guest and certainly has me sold on airbnb. Although totally self-sufficient, he was a pleasure to spend time with when we were both home simultaneously. I thought perhaps it would be awkward having a "stranger" in the house but found myself very comfortable with Joel. Not only would it be a pleasure to host him again but I would also highly recommend him to other prospective hosts.

Joel is a delightful house guest. We had good communications with him before he arrived and some interesting conversations while he stayed with us. He was a "low maintenance" guest. We'd be happy to host him again.

I missed meeting Joel personally due to needing to be out of town unexpectedly. My husband George reports that Joel was a thoughtful and wonderful guest and he would highly recommend him. My communication with Joel was excellent, and we would have him as a guest again for sure!
