The studio had been booked to another guest just a half hour earlier. I was about to update the calendar when had to step out urgently. When I got back to the computer 30 minutes later I saw this reservation come in. As a courtesy to this member, I cancelled the reservation immediately within 5 minutes of it occuring so that he could find another accomodation.
