This was my first airbnb experience and I was a little worried how it will go. And everything was great! The place was as described - in a quiet area, very easy to reach with L train from Manhattan! The apartment has own entrance, which I find very comfortable. Richard was very helpful and friendly and really easy to communicate with.
I stayed two nights with my son at Richards place. We had a very good time, the room is nice and the bed is comfortable. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood and it is very close to the subway. Also Richard is a very nice person and I can recommend you to stay with him.
Bushwick is a great area, and Richard's apartment provided great access to the subway and local shops! Nice, big, comfortable room, everything was kept clean, and we felt very safe! Richard is friendly and laid back, we had a great stay.
Richard was very nice and accomodating. My stay was brief but felt welcome as Richard was a good host. Location is great, apartment is true east village living experience.

Richard has an apt in a great location in the east village.
He is a great host and makes amazing coffee and knows NY extremely well and has good ideas for places to see and visit.
Very well priced apt and extremely comfortable sofa bed. I had a very nice stay at Richard's apt.
