John is a perfect tenant, very respectfull and comprehensive (as unfortunatly a water damage came out when he was there!). I fully recommand him if you have to rent your home.
John was great! He's well mannered, low maintenance, self sufficient, and a good conversationalist. He left my boat immaculate and was in every other way a great guest and a pleasure to meet. Highly recommended!
