Upon our arrival at the Mango House, we were greeted by Mango Rob as if we were checking into a 5 star resort. Robert was a great host. The house was incredible and was exactly how it was descirbed. He also helped us find some things to do in the area and places to eat which was very helpful. Would definitely come back again.
Our experience with Robert was more than expected. Robert's home is very inviting, clean and large with all amenities. The patio in the yard was our first stop every morning to enjoy a cup of coffee and listen the pond, birds and look at the beautiful garden Robert has created. Rob really went above and beyond in prepping the house and helping us throughout our stay. The Mango House had a perfect setup for our twin toddlers, since we could close off doors to keep them corralled or to keep things quiet while they slept. We LOVED the yard: the cats, the swing, eating at the outdoor table... Oh and Rob's mango smoothies really were fantastic! Thanks so much!
If your looking for an authentic Ft. Lauderdale visit, the Mango cottage is a little bit of paradise in the middle of a bustling town. The house and gardens are perfect and all amenities supplied. There are lovely neighbors to help if needed and pets in the yard to entertain your early mornings. House was beautifully decorated in simple elegance suited to the style of the architexture. Robert was an attentive host.
Our stay at the Mangohouse was a fantastic experience.The house is one of a kind .To our kids the garden was like a storybook .Everyday they found a new secret spot to play.Robert is a perfect host .His team gave us a warm welcome and was available when needed.It felt like we were part of their small community.Can't wait till my kids go to college so I can spend my winters in that beautiful little mango paradise in Ft Lauderdale.
Robert is a outgoing, happy, energetic person. He is fair and a joy to talk to and plan with. I have known Rob for two years now and have stayed in the mango house ( the most amazing place to stay in all of Florida) more than a few months. I highly recommend staying at the mango house, or any other place, that Rob is running. You will not be disappointed. Enjoy
