Staying with Kate and Tresna has been fantastic. They have a beautiful home in a great location, just between the city and the beach. Both Kate and Tresna are warm and welcoming, were well prepared for my arrival and accommodating during my stay. I would say that the real value in staying with Kate is just getting meet her. Memorable conversations, and many good times shared :-) Oh, and the house is quiet and couch is comfortable!

Great location, right by the tram in a comfortable townhouse by a small park. The tram rattles by but if you are used to inner city living this shouldn't be a problem. It's only a short ride to the city and the beach. I'd be happy to stay here any time again.

Instead of telling us (so we can find a solution easily), we discovered the problem in the review that she wrote on Airbnb...

I will say this again, I have been fortunate to have great guests, Kate and Matt were no exception. They were quiet and respectful of my space. It's too bad that Matt was not feeling well. Having decided to stay another day Kate offered to help me clean before the arrival of my next guest. You would definitely not be disappointed having them as your guests

Kate's great! I was very happy and comfortable having her as a guest in my house and would welcome her back anytime or unreservedly recommend her as a housemate or renter. Kate Kendall kindly lend me her couch on a number of occasions when I was travelling to Melbourne. She is a warm, kind host and keeps her abodes beautifully clean. Her house is like a permanent house room. The sheets are always made. The carpet is always clean. Amazing. If you are lucky enough to stay with Kate - or if she stays with you - you will come away refreshed with passion for life. Highly recommended. A big AirBnB Approved Sticker.

I cannot recommend Kate highly enough. She has been a delight to work with and work next to. She is the sunshine that fills up a room, the warmth of an open fire, the bounce in a bouncy ball, the hoola in a hoola-hoop. She has livened up our share house on numerous occasions.
