This flat exceeded my family's expectations! It was clean, spacious, and quiet. Because it was located in the Gourmet Ghetto and close to pharmacies and grocery stores, my family did not need to worry about food - something we highly value. The kitchen was well-stocked on equipment. My mother's only complaint, however, was that there was no microwave for heating up food from the adjacent grocery store. I would definitely have my family stay here again for their next visit!

Es war für uns sehr schön in dieser gemütlichen und lichtgefluteten Wohnung in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse nah bei Schattucks Ave. unseren 14-tägigen Aufenhalt in Berkeley zu verbringen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, das Bett im Schlafzimmer supergemütlich und wir konnten sogar Gäste zum Essen einladen und saßen zu zehnt an einem Tisch. Natasha's apartment is very comfortable and has a great location. She responded quickly to the questions I had leading up to our stay. It was great to have the use of a kitchen as we had our 2 year old along on the trip. In short, Natasha's flat had everything we needed for a great stay.

My family really enjoyed our stay at Natasha's flat! It was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The location is perfect. It is in walking distance to so many wonderful restaurants and shops the Gourmet Ghetto has to offer. Natasha was a very helpful host, while giving us our privacy at the same time.

I had a delightful stay at Natasha's flat in Berkeley. The flat is beautiful, it is the downstairs apartment in an art deco house, with beautiful high ceilings, stained glass windows and eclectic, tasteful furniture. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, and fresh, soft, clean pillows and linens were provided. The location is fantastic, as others have said, with a great walking neighborhood, shopping, and restaurants right outside your door. The house was clean and gets good light. Indeed, there is no TV, and there is no microwave in the kitchen, either. But we managed just fine and had a wonderful stay.

I stayed here for a month and had a great stay. Natasha's home is very comfortable, clean and equip with the things you need. Natasha was lovely and helpful and provided great local knowledge and suggested places to rent a car/eat/shop and visit. The location is fantastic too - you can walk everywhere! I would stay here again!

This is a cute apartment (but bare bones) in a great location in Berkeley. We really enjoyed walking to restaurants in the Gourmet Ghetto and also having room to spread out in the apartment (my son needed to study). The "pull-out" bed in the living room is very comfortable- not at all your average sleep sofa.We were surprised that there is no TV but didn't miss as we were out and about most of the time.

I had a great stay at Natasha's apartment. It's a duplex, and she was upstairs in case I needed anything. That said, she was hands off in a good way. It was very private, clean and convenient. The apartment is just steps away from Chez Panisse and the Cheese Board. I would definitely stay there again. We had just moved to Berkeley, and needed a place for a short time. We found Natasha's place to be a great intro to Berkeley, in a fantastic location. It was a little crowded for 4 for a whole month, but would be perfectly fine for a family for a short visit. Natasha was a pleasure to deal with, no complaints at all.
