We recently relocated to Washington DC but are transplants from Chicago (Arturo's originally from Miami, I'm from the deep South). We have no children and are non-smoking mellow grad students who love to travel, enjoy good food, good beer, laughing, history, literature and the arts. Since joining AirBnB in 2009, we're convinced it's the best way to travel (for us, at least) and we're amped about arranging a late honeymoon in Paris in the very near future.

Presh and Arturo are very kind, considerate, respectful, quiet people. They were excellent at communicating their plans in advance of their stay. They are very delightful and clean and orderly. I truly enjoyed having them as guests and they are welcome back any time.

Precious and Arturo are fantastic guests! They were delightful, considerate, charming and all together spectacular. They are exactly the kind of guests you hope to have and in addition, they are two affable, engaging and warm people who would love to have visit us again. Precious and Arturo stayed with me for two weeks (the longest guests I had thru Airbnb and also one of my best Airbnb hosting experiences). They’re delightful roommates! They're just the BEST, clean, considerate, friendly, and fun to be around. I agreed with Antonia – they’re very very thoughtful! Precious and Arturo were a pleasure to host. They are quiet, discreet and very considerate. Precious' parents must have seen right away that they created a treasure. As to Arturo - Benicio del Toro better watch out, cause he's got competition!

Precious and Artuto are the best. They are the most incredibly positive, thoughtful and fun people. It's like having a ray of sunshine that also casts interesting shadows. It was a delight chatting with them. It's no surprise that P&A could not be more considerate and sensitive guests. Not only did they take out their own rubbish - they took out mine! That just gives you a small idea of how thoughtful they are. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
