Patricia was a wonderful hostess & I would highly recommend her apartment to anybody looking to stay in a nice, affordable apartment in the city. Five of my friends and I were looking for a place to stay on New Year's eve VERY last minute (the day before we stayed), and Patricia was extremely cooperative and had no problem allowing us to book the day before.
