I didn't meet Winnie as I rented my place to her when I was away but she seemed very nice in the emails we exchanged. She also wrote me after the stay ended and told about it, something I appreciate. My friend who cleaned my apartment afterwards had no complaints at all so I would say Winnie is an ideal guest.
