I started using this website last year and I'm loving it! So helpful, really. I feel much more comfortable sending a deposit to someone with reccomendations. So far we've gone to Boston, New York and various locals in Oregon using airbnb, and had all wonderful experiences.
I imagine you'll need some asurances about me also. It might help to know I work BEHIND security at PDX, and doing so requires a 10 year FBI background check. I rent my home, and I'm sure the owner would vouch for me too. My daughter and I would be very respectful of you and your property, plus I'd much rather my money go to a private citizen than a big hotel corp.
