  I spoke with Kim who's communication was great- she was super helpful and left a great map of the neighborhood along with easy instructions of their home. My boyfriend and I stayed there for 2 weeks when we first moved to NY and were looked for a place to live. Kim & Lio's home is cozy and while dragging almost 9 (50+ lbs) suitcases up 6 stories was a pretty challenging we found their home to be classic NY and the neighborhood although seemed rough at first was fantastic.   Leo & Kim's flat was just lovely and perfect for us for our stay in NYC. The flat was spotlessly clean, and very cosy, and nice and airy. It's also in a great location, easy to walk around Williamsburg, and also across the W'burg Bridge into Manhattan. The communication with Leo & Kim was always easy, and we had a great time there.   Lio and Kim's apartment had all the necessities you could need. The home was cozy and the area was great, situated right off Union street, you are very close to both Lorimer station and Hewes station. Thank you.

  My son and I had a wonderful stay at Kim's place. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The two A/C units were greatly appreciated in the heat of August. It was nice to get to know Williamsburg - there were several yummy restaurants nearby and the subway was very convenient. I gave 4 out of 5 stars only because there was no dvd player, no microwave and it was a 6th floor walk-up (my 5-year-old found the number of stairs to be quite bewildering).
